This is a very enterprising cinema. On Thursday morning they have a special Silver Screen Club which costs £10 to join and then it’s only £4 to see a film. Otherwise in the evening it is normal cinema prices, They have two screens, and the recent addition of a lift to the box office and actual cinema screens, which is useful for people who have problems with climbing stairs. I have always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful and it is well visiting. There is a small car park round the back in Shellons Street. I would definitely recommend going to the cinema there.
Great Cinema. I don't like the mega corporate experience of big chains. Much prefer this cinema and the similar one in Dover.

Saw aladdin on Saturday, it was really enjoyable and so funny. Brilliant panto. Great singing and dancing. I don't normally like pantos but will be definitely going next year. Well done to everyone.
Fiddler on the Roof was excellent. Well worth a visit.

Performing Arts centre. Ticket booking fairly painless. Gets a good range of comedy and dance. Have been there several times. Good sightlines, seats fairly comfortable, but the theatre could never be described as plush. Very odd ground floor waiting area which is not sure what it wants to be, with large obstacles rather than seats. The first floor has a sort of wine bar with good selections but again very odd seating. Very good appearance though. Coffee was not good in the latest visit.
Small intimate venue. I've seen British Sea Power, Shappi Khorsandi and lots of films here. Love the place! And it has beer!

We popped in for a cold drink on a sunny afternoon. There was a very limited choice of drinks but the service was good. We sat in comfortable chairs but the was loud music being played outside and some sort of event going on so 2 lots of music. We then sat outside, which was more pleasant.
A tricky place to rate as it is a theatre and concert space plus a cafe. The sight lines for concerts and audio are good. Ticket booking is efficient. The cafe is limited but does pleasant sandwiches, wraps and cakes. Coffee is good. Seating in the café is a bit odd but there is a hint of a sea view. There is some outside seating too. Staff are helpful and pleasant.
