Just had a long w/e in the (Burlington). Everything perfect. Rooms spacious and clean. Staff were friendly, nothing too much trouble for them. Would definitely use it again.
Nice old building with sea views. My room had been renovated to a high standard. We had a really nice evening meal during a Christmas function. I'd recommend the lamb. Breakfast was OK. The fruit juices were watery and some of the sausages could have been browned a little more for my taste. Overall a great value stay.

Holiday camp style large hotel with evening entertainment and themed weekends throughout the year. Choice of Two restaurants, but have to pay extra to dine in the Victorian themed one. Nice lounge areas to relax in. Redevelopment of the harbour underway 2017. So building works going on outside hotel. Lovely resort for long coastal cliff top walks. Sandy Beach near hotel. All other beaches pebbles. Had relaxing stay here May 2017. Was not disturbed by building works as it had just started.
This is a very no frills hotel. The rooms are clean, warm and comfortable with en-suite, tea making facilities and comfortable chairs and TV. With a choice of two bars there is a place for everyone. The nightly entertainment in the ballroom is an added bonus. Bingo is also played. Very popular with coach tours full of pensioners.

Not at all bad. Busy place on a Sunday. We went without a reservation and were found a table. Staff really friendly, food was good and there's plenty of parking. The longest wait was for the ice cream which was a bit bizarre and a tad frustrating. We will go back.
Eat there most weeks. Really friendly staff, always welcoming and go out of their way to assist you. Food good and its very children friendly. Relaxing place to eat.

Fantastic B&B, best ever!! Mark and Leigh are the most amazing hosts, the rooms are super clean, breakfast is huge and delicious, don't need to eat again until late afternoon. Everything is thought of for a peaceful and relaxing stay in Folkestone. The building is beautiful and decor bang up to date, all guests seemed very happy. Thank you so much, and we will be back soon
Great B&B, attentive staff, Mike & Leigh were very friendly and welcoming. Clean room, great breakfast. Will definitely be staying there again.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

Enjoy coming here, lovely facilities, plenty of sport options. Venue hire available. Only problem is the bar staff are incredibly slow. When they start a coffee they can serve other people in between waiting but the don't. I've waited 20 mins to ask for a bottle of water please and there's only been 2 of us at the bar. They are the nicest staff, but need to multitask more.
Spot on for sport. Great staff and lovely venue overall
The Warren, Folkestone CT19 6NQ, UK – 01303 255093
Lovely little site. Great pitches, at the beach and a good management team.
Stunning location, steep road to access. Nice and near channel tunnel. However staff are a bit unhelpful and the lady warden rude, they didn't even tell us when we booked that they lock the gates until 7am, and told us to park the campervan on the road so watch out if on an early Le Shuttle! It does say on the website if you hunt but we booked over the phone. The key holder even walked by holding the keys while we were waiting to leave at 6:50 and didn't even think about opening for us! We asked if they had a piece of hose to fill up the water, we just got an old watering can, whey WILL have had a hosepipe I'm sure. Toilets are OK but showers were button operated and 7 seconds between presses, stupid. If this is the only available site for the tunnel the you will be OK, but at over £30 per night I'm sure there is better. Toilets 6/10, Site (location and tidiness) 8/10, Site (staff) 3/10
