Local Restaurants & Places to Eat around Folkestone

Conchitas Restaurant

22, Bouverie Road West, Folkestone, Kent, Folkestone, Kent CT20 2SZ, UK – 01303 242484

Conchitas is great. The owners, Fiona and Firat have worked hard to make their dream come true. They have a friendly team, delicious food, high quality tables, chairs, plates and cutlery. They have extended out the back. It all adds up to a welcoming and happy vibe. I'm delighted to recommend them.

After having had few bad meals locally this place was a fantastic find. The food is excellent, decent little cocktail menu and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend a visit if you fancy Mexican food.

Earls Restaurant

39 Earls Ave, Folkestone CT20 2HB, UK – 01303 245166

As a large party of 21 and with other large parties going on plus a full restaurant, we found the food and service impeccable. The waiting staff were attentive as if we were the only ones there. Thank you for that. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal with desserts to die for so a big Thank you to the chefs for there hard work too. Was great to see a hands on manager who's charisma was second to none. A very professional team working in a fantastic place. 5 stars truely deserved.

Staff friendly and helpful. Food was ok.

Aspendos Restaurant

West Terrace, Folkestone CT20 1TH, UK – 01303 241688

Visited their at the weekend with friends we came down to see and couldn't fault the place. The resturant was full, but food came out very quickly and was lovely. The Lamb was so tender. We sat outside as it was a warm evening and watched the boats go by and had a great night. Very relaxing place. Friendly staff.

Great fun, friendly and helpful staff, and the novelty of something approaching a real sense of the Mediterranean in a Kent seaside town! The food is good, simple stuff. Nothing amazing but very tasty. The portions are very generous. I've been many times and have certainly never left hungry! Weekday lunchtimes offer particularly good value for money. The restaurant also has a bit of a sideline in Turkish non-tobacco nargiles/hookahs, adding a bit of an exotic edge to a summer's evening watching the world go by.
